Abstract:
Bakalářská práce na téma Výukový text – Flambování je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části práce je podrobně zpracována složitá dovednost flambování do výukového textu pro žáky oborů číšník - servírka a kuchař – číšník. Druhá část pojednává o přípravě výukového CD, které mohou využít při výuce žáků učitelé odborných předmětů i učitelé odborného výcviku.

The bachelor´s degree thesis on the topic concerning the Educational text of Flaming is divided into two parts. The first section dealing in detail with the complicated skill of flaming is intended as the training text both for waiter – waitress apprenticeship learners and cook – waiter apprenticeship learners.
