Functional outcomes of surgery of congenital cataract detected in screening:implantation of intraocular lens or conservative correction of aphakia?
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou vrozené katarakty a způsoby korekce afakie, která vzniká po jejím odstranění. Výzkumná část je věnována srovnání dvou metod korekce afakie po odstranění jednostranné kongenitální katarakty – implantace nitrooční čočky a aplikace čočky kontaktní. Porovnávány jsou zrakové funkce, které vykazují takto korigované oči.
Abstract:
This research deals with congenital cataract questions and ways of correction aphakia. Two methods of correction aphakia after removing of congenital cataract is compared in the study part - implantation of intraocular lens and aplication a contact lens. There is compared the visual functions that eyes with this correction have.
