Abstract:

Tato práce zkoumá řízení a kontrolu malých podniků. Existuje určitá společnost, která odpovídá definici malých a středních podniků. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována řízení a řízení na strategické úrovni, protože hlavním úkolem je zjistit závislost nebo nezávislost mezi řízením a kontrolou na nejvyšší úrovni organizace. Pro zodpovězení výzkumné otázky probíhá marketingový výzkum ve formě sběru dat při průzkumu respondentů, kteří jsou klienty této společnosti.

Abstract:

This work investigates the management and controlling of small businesses. There is a particular company that fits the definition of a small or medium-sized businesses. Particular attention is paid to management and controlling at the strategic level because the main task is to find out the dependency or independency between Management and Controlling on the top level of organization. To answer the research question there is a marketing research in the form of data collection during the survey of respondents who are clients of this company.
