Abstract:
Diplomová práce porovnává použití donucovacích prostředků u bezpečnostních složek. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje donucovací prostředky u bezpečnostních složek. Rozebírá jednotlivé donucovací prostředky u Policie České republiky. V praktické části je porovnání speciální pořádkové jednotky a jednotky dopravního inspektorátu Policie České republiky.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis compares the use of coercive means in the security forces. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes the coercive means in the security forces. It analyzes the individual coercive means in the Police of the Czech Republic.
