Diplomová práca sa zaoberá využitím metódy SMED pre znižovanie času výmeny formy na vybranom vstrekovacom lise. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti. The diploma thesis deals with the use of the SMED method for reduction of the mold change time on a selected injection molding machine. The work is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part deals with the topic of industrial engineering and lean company.
