Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku sarkopenie z výživového hlediska v souvislosti s věkem. Teoretická část popisuje základní poznatky o sarkopenii. This thesis focuses on sarcopenia in relation to age from a nutritional point of view. The basic knowledge of sarcopenia is described in theoretical part. The following section is focused on aging, because sarcopenia is considered as a geriatric syndrome.
