Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o přestavbách v subtelomerových oblastech chromozómů, které způsobují mentální retardaci. Věnuje se vyšetření souboru pacientů s idiopatickou mentální retardací pomocí metody MLPA.
Abstract:
This work is about rearrangements in subtelomeric regions, which are reponsible for a mental retardation. It describes also an examination of 78 patients with idiopathic mental retardation of using method MLPA.
