Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozbor jednotlivých pořízení pro případ smrti de lege lata, jakožto volní možnosti zůstavitele, která doplňuje či vylučuje zákonnou dědickou posloupnost. Jedná se tedy zejména o analýzu možností, které zůstaviteli poskytuje současná právní úprava. The thesis is focused on analysis of disposition of property upon death de lege lata as a testator’s volitional possibility to supplement or exclude the legal line of descent. The thesis is thus focused on analysis of possibilities which testator has according to a current legal regulation.
