Strategic analysis focusing on stakeholder analysis of the project iHřiště

Abstract:

Strategická analýza se zaměřením na analýzu stakeholderů projektu iHřiště Diplomová práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou projektu iHřiště. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na analýzu stakeholderů, která je z pohledu autora klíčová pro další fungování a růst projektu. Hlavním cílem je připravit v podobě této práce podklady k dalšímu rozhodování pro vlastníky a management projektu. V rámci teoretické části jsou vymezeny a vysvětleny jednotlivé nástroje pro analýzu okolí a vnitřních zdrojů s tím, že je představen i stakeholderský přístup. Pro analýzu okolí byla použita analýza PESTEL a Porterův model 5 sil. Pro analýzu vnitřních zdrojů VRIO analýza. V rámci stakeholderského přístupu byly identifikovány klíčové skupiny stakeholderů, které byly následně klasifikovány a analyzovány. Na základě zjištěných skutečností je doporučeno zbavit se slabé stránky v podobě špatného marketingu a využít příležitosti v podobě obliby digitálních technologií v kombinaci s pohybem.

Abstract:

The master thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the iHřiště project. Special emphasis is placed on the analysis of stakeholders, which from the author's point of view is crucial for the further functioning and growth of the project. The main aim of this thesis is to prepare the basis for further decision making for the owners and management of the project. Within the theoretical part, the different tools for analysing the environment and internal resources are defined and explained, with the stakeholder approach being introduced. PESTEL analysis and Porter's 5 forces model were used for the environmental analysis. For the internal resource analysis was used VRIO analysis. Within the stakeholder approach, key stakeholder groups were identified and then classified and analysed. Based on the findings, it is recommended to get rid of the weakness in the form of poor marketing and to take advantage of the opportunity in the form of popularity of digital technology combined with movement.
