Diploma thesis deals with the interaction of sport and law and should provide a comprehensive view of the legal regulation of sport in the Czech Republic. The first theoretical part is about mechanism of sports regulation with regard to other normative systems, the legitimacy and mutual relationship of sport rules and legal rules.
