Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem nezaměstnanosti absolventů vysokých škol a to především z regionu Rychnov nad Kněžnou a okolí. Zkoumá hlavní příčiny nezaměstnanosti a samotný pohled budoucích absolventů vysokých škol na jejich uplatnění na trhu práce.
Abstract:
Bachelor´s thesis theals with unemployment of graduates of region Rychnov nad Kněžnou and its surroundings. It researchs main causes of unemployment and perspectives of graduates on their future use in the employment market.
