Comparison of External Conditions of Missions in Angola and Mozambique
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá srovnáním vnějších podmínek mírových misí v Angole a v Mozambiku, tj. podmínek, které nespadají pod kompetenci OSN. V práci jsou komparovány čtyři základní faktory : podmínky uzavření mírové smlouvy, ochota stran kooperovat s OSN, přítomnost vnější podpory či vnitřních zdrojů a množství aktérů podílejících se na míru.
Abstract:
The paper deals with comparison of the external conditions of peace operations in Angola and Mozambique, i.e. conditions beyond UN cognizance. The paper compares four basic factors: the conditions of conclusion of a peace treaty, the willingness of the parties to cooperate with UNO, the presence of external support or internal resources and the number of actors participating on the peace process.
