Data Mailboxes in Tax Administration
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku doručování dokumentů prostřednictvím datových schránek. Srovnává použití tradičního způsobu komunikace mezi správcem daně a osobami zúčastněnými na správě daní, ať již ze zákona nebo z pokynu správce daně. Zvláštní část je zaměřena především na rozbor komplexní právní úpravy elektronických úkonů a autorizované konverze dokumentů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the problems of delivering of documents via data mailboxes. It compares the use of traditional ways of communication between the tax authorities and persons involved in the tax administration, by operation of law or on the tax administration´s instruction.
