Web interface antivirus and antispam cloud services.

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou masově šířené nevyžádané pošty, tzv. spamu. V úvodních kapitolách rozebírám, proč je těžké definovat spam, jaká je motivace spamera, nejčastější typy tohoto fenoménu, či proč ho kontinuálně přibývá. Následuje výčet nejčastějších open source přístupu pro šíření a detekci nevyžádané pošty, která formou analýzy nabízí čtenáři zhodnocení výhod a nevýhod jednotlivých přístupů seřazených do logických bloků, včetně srozumitelně popsaného principu fungování. Výsledkem analýzy je soupis návrhu pro zlepšení filtrace. Hlavním cílem je vytvoření webového rozhraní (Informačního systému) pro konfiguraci antivirové, antispamové cloudové služby a archívu emailových zpráv podle konkrétních požadavku zadavatele - IT společnost ENWICO DATA s. r. o., založených na již zmíněné analýze. Systém umožňuje uživatelsky přívětivou interakci mezi nastavením služby a uživatelem. Mezi hlavní funkcionality rozhraní patří víceúrovňový přístup do systému, správa uživatelů, správa a generování konfigurace pro antispamové systémové nástroje nebo zasílání reportů a podkladů pro billingový systém.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of a mass-spread spam. In the introductory chapters are discussed several topics. Why it is difficult to define the spam, what the spammer´s motivation is, the most frequent types of this phenomenon and why the number of the spam is consistently growing. The thesis offers a list of the most common open source methods for propagation and detection of the spam. These open source methods were analysed si that the readers are provided with an evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of individual approaches arranged in the logical blocks, including the understandably described principles of functioning. The result of the analysis is a set of suggestions for improving the filtration. The main goal of the aforementioned analysis is to help to create a web interface for the configuration of antivirus, antispam, cloud service and e-mail archive according to the specific requirements of the ENWICO DATA s.r.o. company. The system enables a user-friendly interaction between the service settings and the user. Among the main features of the interface belong multi-level access to the system, user management, management and configuration generation for antispam system tools, reporting and billing system submissions.
