Abstract:

V bakalářská práci na téma „Vzdělávání příslušníků Justiční stráže“ si kladu za cíl detailněji popsat vzdělávání příslušníků Justiční stráže, chci poukázat na kvalitu služebního a profesního vzdělávání, na možnost příslušníků účastnit se speciálních kurzů a tím si rozšiřovat odbornou kvalifikaci v programu celoživotního vzdělávání Vězeňské služby ČR. V teoretické části popisuji postavení Vězeňské služby ČR a úkoly Justiční stráže, vzdělávání příslušníků v Akademii Vězeňské služby ČR ve Stráži pod Ralskem a metody a formy vzdělávání příslušníků. Detailně charakterizuji témata služební a profesní přípravy příslušníků Justiční stráže. V praktické části příslušníci Justiční stráže pomoci dotazníkového šetření ohodnotili systém a kvalitu vzdělávání jak v Akademii Vězeňské služby, tak i na organizačních jednotkách spádových věznic.

Abstract:

In the Bachelor Thesis on "Education of Members of the Judicial Guard" I am aiming to describe in detail the education of the members of the Judicial Guard, I want to point out the quality of service and professional education, the possibility of members of the special courses and thus to extend the professional qualification in the Lifelong Education of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part I describe the position of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and the tasks of the Judicial Guard, the training of members of the Prison Service of the CR in Stráž pod Ralskem and the methods and forms of training of the members. I describe in detail the themes of the service and professional preparation of the members of the Judicial Guard. In the practical part, the members of the Judiciary Guards evaluated the system and the quality of education both in the Prison Service Academy and at the organizational units of the prison prisons
