Pro stanovení koncentrací hemoglobinů [g/l] se používají jako transformační roztoky činidla , která obsahují zdraví škodlivé, jedovaté chemikálie (např. kyanid draselný). Abstract:
There are used different transformation solutions for the estimation of blood hemoglobin concentrations. Many of them include toxic and harmful chemicals (e.g. potassium cyanide) . There exist many different solutions (even without potassium cyanide) as described in different hematologic analysers manuals.
