Risks associated with the activity of a civil servant

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice potenciálních rizik souvisejících s činností zaměstnance ve státní správě. Analyzuje rizika vyplývající z konfliktních situací uvnitř organizace i možná rizika vyplývající z konfliktů mezi státní správou a případnou částí veřejnosti. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části, a jejím hlavním cílem je analýza informací získaných z veřejných podkladů, odborné literatury a komparace vycházející z provedeného dotazníkového šetření zvolených poboček vybraných úřadů, spadajících do působnosti Středočeského kraje. Tato práce je doplněna o osobní zkušenosti správce daně Finančního úřadu pro hlavní město Prahu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of potential risks associated with activities of a public administration employee. Risks arising from conflict situations within the organization as well as possible risks arising from conflicts between the public administration and some representatives of the public are analysed there. This thesis consists of both theoretical and practical parts, concentrating mainly on analysis of information obtained from public documents, reference books and comparison based on questionnaire survey in several branches of selected offices within the competence of the Central Bohemian Region. The thesis is complemented with personal experience of a tax administrator from the Tax Office for Prague the Capital.
