Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is the city of Ostrava at the time of the Second World War. A cultural-historical and empirical investigation. This work consists of two parts, the theoretical and the empirical. The first part is primarily devoted to historical events that took place before, during and after the Second World War in the city of Ostrava and the surrounding area. In the second part, there is a questionnaire with a hypothesis to determine what Ostrava and local people know about the history of their city.

Abstract:

Das Thema dieser Diplomarbeit ist Stadt Ostrau zur Zeit des Zweiten Weltkrieges. Eine kulturgeschichtliche und empirische Untersuchung. Diese Arbeit besteht aus zwei Teilen, aus dem theoretischen und dem empirischen. Der erste Teil ist primär historischen Ereignissen gewidmet, die vor, während und nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg in der Stadt Ostrau und ihrer nahen Umgebung stattfanden. Im Rahmen des zweiten Teiles gibt es ein Fragebogen mit einer Hypothese, um festzustellen, was Ostrauer und Menschen aus der Umgebung über die Geschichte aus verschiedenen Ansichten ihrer Stadt wissen.
