Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vývojem legislativy českého kapitálového trhu v období ekonomické transformace. Jejím cílem je posoudit vývoj legislativy kapitálového trhu a zhodnotit opodstatněnost kritiky mířící na nedostatečnou regulaci tohoto trhu. This thesis deals with the development of the Czech capital market leg-islation during the period of economic transformation.
