Obsahem této práce jsou nashromážděné poznatky, včetně znění zákonů, smluv a jiných dokumentů, týkající se všech účastníků komerčního raftingu. Těmito účastníky jsou cestovní kancelář, průvodce a zákazník. V teoretické části práce je člověk neznalý této problematiky seznámen s prostředím komerčního raftingu, především s jeho historií, základními pojmy a celkovým popisem tohoto prostředí. The elaboration consists of compiled knowledge, including statutes at large, contracts and other corresponding documents relating to all commercial rafting participants.
