Satisfaction of midwives with their profession after 10 years in practice
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se dělí na dvě části - teoretickou a průzkumnou. Teoretická část se zabývá profesí porodní asistentky, pracovní spokojeností a motivací. Průzkumná část je zaměřena na práci porodních asistentek, které jsou ve své profesi deset a více let. Pomocí anonymního dotazníku byla zjišťována jejich pracovní spokojenost po deseti letech.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and explorational. The theoretical part deals with the profession of midwife, her job satisfaction and motivation. The exploratory part is aimed at midwives, who are in their profession for 10 years and more. Anonymous questionnaire was used to explore their work satisfaction after 10 years in practice.
