Abstract:
The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to produce a business plan for Jedlíkovo restaurant. The restaurant uses an unusual concept when a customer pays once and eats an unlimited amount of food. The theoretical part describes legal forms of companies in the Czech Republic and the structure of a business plan. Účelem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského záměru pro restauraci Jedlíkovo. Restaurace se snaží zaujmout neotřelým konceptem, kdy si zákazník zakoupí lístek na neomezenou spotřebu jídla. V teoretické části práce jsou mimo jiné popsány a vysvětleny základní formy jak se dá v Česku podnikat. Dále jsou také analyzovány klíčové části podnikatelského záměru.
