Significance of stabilizing function of spine for spondylolisthesis

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na význam stabilizačního cvičení u pacientů sespondylolistézou. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje anatomické poznámky, biomechaniku bederní páteře, možné příčiny bolestí zad, jednotlivé tipy spondylolistéz a jejich diagnostiku. Praktická část obsahuje možnosti terapie spondylolistéz, charakteristiky sledovaných souborů, metody pozorování a testování.Velký význam v praktické části je zaměřen na jednotlivé ukázky stabilizačních cvičení u spondylolistéz. Výsledky sledovaných souborů jsou zaznamenány v tabulkách a grafech. Přílohy obsahují dotazník bolesti a obrázkovou dokumentaci vztahující se k jednotlivým vyšetřením a cvikům.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on stabilizating exercise for patiens with spondylolisthesis. The thesis is divided in two parts, theoretic and practical. Theoretic part contain anatomic remarks, biomechanic of spinal column, possible cause of back pain, dividing types of spondylolisthesis, their diagnostic. Practical part contain possible methods of therapy spondylolisthesis, characteristics of watch out groups, methods of investigation a testing. Important impress in practical part is focused on every single sample of stabilizating excercises of spondylolisthesis. Results of watch outed groups are signed in charts and graphs. Attachments contains list of questions a picture documentation related to single investigations and exercises
