Bakalárska práca je zameraná na tému plátenníckeho remesla v slovenskom regióne Orava. Teoretická časť opisuje vznik a históriu remesla. Zaoberá sa taktiež jeho časťami, ktoré sú podrobne opísané. V druhej časti je opísaný postup práce praktickej časti a výsledná forma. Výsledkom bakalárskej práce je kniha - objekt.
