Office 365 Governance Automation

Abstract:

Správa Officu 365, konkrétně SharePointu Online a Microsoft Teams, je pro velké firmy čím dál náročnější. Moje aplikace, kterou tato práce popisuje a implementuje, tuto problematiku řeší a celou správu tak činí přístupnější pro administraci a případnou extensibilitu. Spolu s modelem správy, který musí zajistit korporátní zásady pro uchování dat, je také zásadní implementace v cloudovém prostředí Microsoft Azure. Zde je nutný požadavek na splnění vysokých nároků na životní cyklus dat a zvolený poskytovatel cloudových služeb musí být řádně certifikován konkrétními normami. Celý model zohledňuje požadavky na retenci dat, bezpečnost z hlediska přístupů a datové hygieny.

Abstract:

Managing Office 365, specifically SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, is increasingly challenging for large companies. My application, which this paper describes and implements, addresses this issue, and makes the entire administration more accessible for administration and eventual extensibility. Along with a governance model that must ensure corporate policies for data retention, implementation in the Microsoft Azure cloud environment is also essential. Here, there is a requirement to meet high data lifecycle requirements and the chosen cloud provider must be properly certified to specific standards. The entire model considers the requirements for data retention, security in terms of access and data hygiene.
