Parametric programming of components for Heidenhain control systems
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou parametrického programu pro zadanou součást v řídicím systému Heidenhain. Pro výrobu součásti bylo nutné definovat obráběcí stroj, materiál, nástroje, řezné podmínky a vytvořit seřizovací list. Výsledkem práce je vytvořený NC program, kterým lze obrábět tvarově podobné součásti. Díky parametrickému programu lze snížit náklady a zefektivnit výrobu.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is related to creation of parametric program for specific component of control system Heidenhain. For components production was necessary to define machine-tool, material, tooling, cutting conditions and to create the adjustment sheet.
