Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na měření rizika podnikatelského projektu, jejíž cílem je aplikace vybraných metod na vybraná rizika v podnicích Grena a.s., ZEMAN maso-uzeniny a KOH-I-NOOR HARDMUTH. Mezi kvalitativní metody, které jsou použité, jak v teoretické, tak v praktické části patří What-if analýza, matice zranitelnosti a metoda HAZOP. Tyto metody za pomoci dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů napomohly analyzovat rizikové faktory, jenž se v podnicích nacházejí. V podniku Grena a.s. byla nalezena rizika s nedostatkem místa pro skladování desek za pomocí What-if analýzy. Metoda HAZOP použitá na společnost ZEMAN maso-uzeniny shledala některé rizikové faktory ve výrobním procesu syrového masa. Matice zranitelnosti v podniku KOH-I-NOOR HARDMUTH analyzovala jaká aktiva jsou riziková na škále od 1(nejméně) do 5 (nejvíce). Kvantitativní metoda byla použita pro analýzu rizika kurzových odchylek, jež jsou v podnicích velmi často podceňované.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on measuring the risks of a business project, its goal is the application of selected methods to selected risks in the company’s Grena a.s., ZEMAN meat-sausages and KOH-I-NOOR HARDMUTH. Qualitative methods that are used in both the theoretical and practical part include What-if analysis, vulnerability matrices and the HAZOP method. These methods, with the help of a questionnaire survey and interviews, helped to analyze risk factors, they are only analyzed in companies. At Grena a.s. risks with insufficient storage locations were found using What-if analyzes. The HAZOP method applied to ZEMAN meat-sausages found some risk factors in the raw meat production process. The vulnerability matrix at KOH-I-NOOR HARDMUTH analyzed which assets are risky on a scale from 1 (further) to 5 (most often). The quantitative method was used to analyze the risk of exchange rate deviations, which are very often underestimated in companies.
