Rozsáhlý problém přetíženosti soudů se snaží řešit koncept tzv. odklonů od standartního trestního řízení, které mají vliv na urychlení a zjednodušení trestního řízení. The concept of so-called diversions from criminal proceeding, which have a impact on speeding up and simplifying criminal proceedings, tries to solve the extensive problem of overloading courts.
