Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zavedení metod štíhlé výroby do výrobního procesu ve vybrané firmě. Cílem práce je navržení metod štíhlé výroby za účelem zkrácení průběžné doby výroby. This master´s thesis undertakes to deal with the design and implementation of lean manufacturing in the production process of a selected company.
