Všeobecné zdravotní pojištění vzniklo počátkem 90. let 20. století a je součástí českého právního řádu. V předkládané bakalářské práci charakterizuji jednotlivé kategorie plátců veřejného zdravotního pojištění (zaměstnavatelé, pojištěnci a stát) a plnění jejich zákonných povinností. The national health insurance was introduced in the early 1990’s. It is part of the Czech common law. In these bachelor thesis are outlined the basic categories of the health insurance scheme (i.e. individuals, employees, insurers, government etc.) and their responsibility of fulfilling the statutory obligation.
