Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá instituty převedení na jinou práci a přeložení do jiného místa výkonu práce. Pomocí těchto nástrojů umožňuje zákoník práce subjektům změnu pracovního poměru. V závěru práce jsou tyto instituty rozebrány i z hlediska vybraných zásad pracovního práva. Abstract:
This thesis concentrates on institutes of transferring to alternative work and transferring to another work place. They are analysed also from the perspective of selected principles of the labour law at the end of this document. Due to the recent recodification of the labour law there have been opinions that this part might not have been given sufficient attention.
