Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice dalšího vzdělávání pedagogů základních a středních škol v oblasti obrany státu. Zkoumá akreditovaný vzdělávací program Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy, zaměřený na komplexní přípravu pedagogů pro výuku obrany státu prostřednictvím Ministerstva obrany. Autor analyzuje obsah, efektivitu programu a identifikuje nedostatky, jako jsou zastaralé učební materiály a literatura. Práce odhaluje malý zájem pedagogů o tento program, což má za následek nedostatečnou připravenost k výuce tématu obrany státu, a snaží se prozkoumat příčiny tohoto jevu. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na právní interpretace a srovnání branné výchovy s konceptem Přípravy občanů k obraně státu, zatímco empirická část reflektuje postoje pedagogů k integraci této výuky do školních osnov a hodnotí přínos programu. V práci jsou využity odborné materiály, legislativa a kvantitativní data z dotazníkového šetření mezi učiteli.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of further education of primary and secondary school teachers in the field of national defence. It examines an accredited educational program of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, aimed at comprehensive preparation of teachers for teaching national defence through the Ministry of Defence. The author analyzes the content and effectiveness of the program and identifies deficiencies such as outdated teaching materials and literature. The paper reveals the low interest of teachers in the programme, resulting in a lack of preparedness to teach the topic of national defence, and seeks to explore the reasons for this phenomenon. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on legal interpretations and comparisons of national defence education with the concept of Preparing Citizens for National Defence, while the empirical part reflects on the attitudes of teachers towards the integration of this teaching into the school curriculum and evaluates the benefits of the programme. The thesis uses professional materials, legislation and quantitative data from a questionnaire survey among teachers.
