Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá chlazením permanentních forem v technologii lití kovu pod tlakem. Chlazení se provádí v určitých oblastech, kdy jsou použity dva typy chladící vtokové soustavy. Těmi jsou konvenční a nekonvenční chlazení, který je v praxi též označován jako chlazení konformní. Pro aplikační část byl použit odlitek příruby elektromotoru. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the cooling of molds under pressure at a certain point where two types of cooling supply systems are used. These are conventional and unconventional cooling. For the application part I used the castings from the electric motor. MagmaSoft software is used to validate and test the accuracy of designed cooling systems.
