Natural Trail - Pitches Happened

Abstract:

Diplomová práce představuje návrh naučné stezky v oblasti částečně rekultivovaného štěrkoviště Napajedla. Cílem je podpořit návrat lužního lesa, lesostepi s přirozenou sukcesi krajiny a zpřístupněním přiblížit veřejnosti dary této krajiny. V teoretické části se nejdříve věnuji veřejnému prostoru v souvislosti s naučnou stezkou. Popisuji vývoj, charaktery a požadavky naučných stezek. Jsou zde uvedeny konkrétní příklady podobných projektů. Historiografická a analytická část daného místa specifikuje potřeby konceptu, který je předložen v praktické části spolu s celkovým popisem a vývojem navrhovaného projektu. Zaměřuji se na kultivaci a ochranu této oblasti, hledám odpovědi na otázky, které se vztahují na vývoj krajiny po těžebním zásahu. V navrhovaných trasách a jednotlivých odpočinkových zastaveních, spolu s příbytky pro zvěř, nabízím bezpečně vedený pohyb veřejnosti a zároveň bezpečí a podporu navracejícím se živočichům, rostlinám a celé krajině.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis presents a proposal of an educational nature trail in the area of a partially reclaimed Napajedla gravel pit. The aim is to restore and rehabilitate the floodplain forest, forest-steppes with the natural sucession of the landscape and to make the gifts of this nature more accessible to the public. In the theoretical part, I first devote to public space in connection with the educational trail. I describe the development, character and requirements of the educational trails. There are mentoined concrete examples of similar projects. The histographical and analytical part of the place specifies the needs of the concept, which is presented in the partical part together with the overall description and development of the proposed project. My focus is on cultivation and protection of this area, I seek answers to questions relating to the development of the landscape after the mining intervention. I offer a safety guided public movement on the routes and individual rest stops, along with the animal dwellings and at the same time I offer support and safety for the occuring and returning animals, plants and whole landscape.
