Cílem této diplomové práce bylo aplikovat metodu vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie s hydrofilními interakcemi (HILIC) v analýze oligonukleotidů. Byly hledány vhodné separační podmínky pro rozdělení modelových směsí pentamerů a byl vyhodnocován vliv např. procentuálního zastoupení organické složky nebo koncentrace a pH pufru v mobilní fázi. In this thesis, the application of high-performance liquid chromatography with hydrophilic interactions (HILIC) in the analysis of oligonucleotides is presented.
