Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá agenturním zaměstnáváním a jeho právní úpravou v českém právním řádu. Největší přínos této práce vidím v uceleném shrnutí teoretických poznatků z oblasti agenturního zaměstnávání a jejich následné analýze. This thesis deals with the legal regulation of agency employment in the Czech legal system. The biggest contribution of this thesis is a comprehensive summary of theoretical knowledge of agency employment and its subsequent analysis.
