This paper examines the thesis program at Red Hat Czech, a long-standing partner of universities in the Czech Republic. By analyzing almost a decade of program data, this study evaluates the program's current state, identifies significant trends, and pinpoints areas for improvement to ensure its long-term sustainability and success.
