Bakalárska práca sa venuje rozsudku ako jednej z foriem súdneho rozhodnutia v občianskom súdnom konaní, triedeniu rozsudkov a právnej analýze jeho štruktúry. Práca je rozdelená do šiestich kapitol. Prvá kapitola je venovaná všeobecnému vymedzeniu pojmu súdne rozhodnutie, právnemu a skutkovému základu súdneho rozhodovania a definovaniu pojmu rozsudok.
