Conductometric determination of acids
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo konduktometrické stanovení organických a anorganických kyselin pomocí dvou různých vodivostních elektrod. Bylo provedeno měření pomocí elektrody Tetra Con-325 od společnosti "2THETA ASE s.r.o." a měření pomocí elektrody CON-BTA od společnosti Vernier. Získaná data byla porovnána pomocí Lordova testu. Součástí práce bylo i vypracování návodu pro praktikum.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was conductometric determination of organic and inorganic acids using two different conductive electrodes. Measurements were performed using electrode Tetra Con-325 from "2THETA ASE s.r.o." company and electrode CON-BTA from Vernier company. The obtained data were compared using the Lord´s test. The part of thesis has also been instructions for practise.
