V této práci se zabývám problematikou interakce bakterie Anaplasma phagocytophilum s imunitním systémem hostitele. Anaplasma phagocytophilum infikuje neutrofilní granulocyty a způsobuje poruchy imunitního systému, které jsou důležité pro její přežití v hostitelských buňkách, zejména remodelaci cytoskeletu a inhibici buněčné apoptózy. Abstract:
In this thesis I deal with the problems of the interaction of the bacterium Anaplasma phagocytophilum with the host´s immune system. Anaplasma phagocytophilum infects neutrophilic granulocytes and causes disorders of the immune system that are important for its survival in the host´s cells, especially in the remodelling of the cytoskeleton and in the inhibition of the cell apoptosis.
