Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá stretom práva na rešpektovanie súkromného a rodinného života s ochranou verejnej bezpečnosti. This diploma thesis analyzes the conflict of the right to respect for private and family life with the protection of public safety. After the terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001 states started to introduce new measures for the protection of public safety which interfere with the right to private and family life.
