Abstract:

Abstrakt MATVIYENKA, Anastasiya. Kompetence a kvalifikace managementu a personálu v cestovním ruchu a hotelových podnicích. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová v Praze. Praha: 2016. Celkový počet stránek: 50 Kompetence a kvalifikace managementu a personálu jsou velice užitečné pro jakýkoliv hotelový podnik, manažeři vybaveni těmito vlastnostmi se mohou dozvědět vice o svých zaměstnancích, stejně tak mohou pomoci zaměstnancům více se otevřít a naučit se více z profesionálního úhlu pohledu. Je to také cesta, jak pomoci zaměstnancům stát se skutečnými profesionály ve svém oboru. Hlavní cíl této bakalářské práce je analyzovat nejvíce poptávané a významné kompetence a kvalifikace, jak pro manažery, tak pro asistující personál ve F&B oddělení ve dvou pětihvězdičkových hotelech: Art Nouveau Palace Hotel, Praha, Česká Republika a Swissotel Sochi Kamelia, Sochi, Ruská Federace a navrhnout možná doporučení a možnosti vylepšení práce v těchto hotelech. Autorka vychází z této hypotézy: existuje rozdíl mezi kvalifikací personálu a požadavků hotelů, ve kterých pracují. Autorka bakalářské práce se snaží strukturovat stávající znalosti ohledně zmíněných hotelů a uplatnit informace týkající se kompetencí a kvalifikací pro hotelové podniky na zvolených pětihvězdičkových hotelech v Praze a Sochi. Práce využívá výzkumné metody literární rešerše, kvalitativní a kvantitativní přístup, stejně jako krátký dotazník rozeslaný mezi 50 zaměstnanců obou hotelů situovaných v Praze a Sochi, a strukturované individuální rozhovory. Total number of pages: 50 Management and staff competencies and qualifications are very useful for any hospitality establishment, with its help managers could know more about their employees, as well as to help employees to open up and learn more from professional point of view. It is also a way to help employees to become real professionals at the particular sphere of their work. The main aim of this research is to analyze the most required and significant competencies and qualifications for both managers and assistance staff in Food & Beverage department in two five star hotels: Art Nouveau Palace Hotel, Prague, Czech Republic and Swissotel Sochi Kamelia, Sochi, Russian Federation and to suggest possible recommendations and ways of improvement of the work in these hotels. Author works on the presumption that: exist a discrepancy between staff qualification and the requirements of the hotels, in which staff work. The author of the thesis tries to structure existing knowledge on the matter and to apply the information about the competencies and qualifications for hospitality establishments to the case of two five star hotels, in Prague and Sochi. The study uses research methods of literature review, qualitative and quantitative approach, as well as a short questionnaire distributed among 50 employees of two hotels situated in Prague and Sochi, and structured individual interviews.
