Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu ohledání místa dopravní nehody jako důkazní prostředek pro trestní řízení. Zdůrazňuje důležitost ohledání a zdokumentování místa dopravní nehody pro trestní řízení. The thesis deals with the problem of traffic accident spot examination as a mean of evidence at proceeding. It emphasizes the importance of spot examination and documentation for proceeding.
