Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivační faktory, které jsou nastaveny v jazykové agentuře Skřivánek s.r.o. - oblast Severozápadní Čechy. Údaje obsažené v této práci byly získány prostřednictvím dotazníku, který byl pro tento výzkumný projekt vytvořen. This bachelor thesis addresses motivators, which are set in the language agency Skřivánek s.r.o. - North-West Bohemian region. The data contained in this thesis were collected by means of a questionnaire, which was specifically created for this research project.
