Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou metodiky vyšetřování dopravních nehod. Zprvu je zřetel kladen na rozdělení dopravních nehod, avšak dále je práce zaměřena výhradně na silniční dopravní nehody. Diploma thesis focuses on methods used in investigation of traffic accidents. Firstly, division of traffic accidents is provided. Furthermore, the thesis addresses only traffic accident happening on a road. In theoretical part of the thesis general theory, which is crucial for understanding of the chosen theme, is described.
