Optimalization of digital holographic method for measuring shapes of optical surfaces

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice měření povrchů pomocí digitální holografické interferometrie. Pro experimenty byly použity různé objekty, které sloužily pro testování různých vlastností a možností měření. Byly otestovány různé metody měření povrchů, různé geometrie měřící aparatury a osvětlení objektů. V práci jsou taktéž rozebrány problémy, které jednotlivé metody mají a jejich případná řešení. Jako nejvhodnější se ukázalo off-axis uspořádání měřící aparatury pouze s pomocí vláken a vláknových děličů, protože se tím minimalizovaly parazitní odrazy. Pro měření povrchů se zdá jako nejvhodnější metoda skenovací holografická interferometrie, která umožňuje absolutní měření a při správném nastavení vykazuje dobrou přesnost. V závěru práce jsou výsledky diskutovány a zhodnoceny další možnosti optimalizace a vývoje této metody.

Abstract:

This thesis is dedicated to shape measurement of optical surfaces with digital holographic interferometry. Several different objects were used to determine the abilities and properties of the measurements. Various methods of surface measurements, geometries of measurement setups and illumination of the objects are tested. Furthermore, the thesis discusses the potential problems of the individual methods and their solutions. All the measurements are carried out in the off-axis geometry only with fiber components, which ensures the suppression of the parasitic reflections and unwanted deviations in the measurement. Wavelength scanning holographic interferometry shows the best results for shape measurement as it is an absolute method and with appropriate settings it has a good precision. The results are concluded and discussed and the further possibilities of optimization and development of this method is proposed.
