Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním tří platforem, které nabízí možnost vytváření chatbotů pro vlastní využití. Význam slova chatbot je čtenářům blíže představen, ale lze ho ztotožňovat s počítačovým programem, který komunikuje s lidmi, zpravidla přes internet. Tato práce se zaměřuje na tři významné platformy na trhu, kterými jsou IBM Watson Assistant, DialogFlow od společnosti Google a Amazon Lex. Práce je dle stanovených cílů rozdělena na tři části. Prvním cílem je seznámení se s oblastí chatbotů v umělé inteligenci. V souvislosti s jeho naplněním bylo nutné provést rešerši literárních zdrojů na dané téma. Následně byly tyto poznatky aplikovány v teoretickém a praktickém porovnání jednotlivých platforem. Druhým cílem je seznámení se s platformami pro tvorbu chatbota IBM Watson Assistant, Google DialogFlow a Amazon Lex. Tématu je věnována třetí a pátá kapitola. Třetím cílem je teoretické a praktické porovnání tří platforem. Srovnání a vyhodnocení je provedeno na základě stanovených kritérií, která poukazují na hlavní odlišnosti mezi danými platformami. Výstupem této části je tabulka s bodovým ohodnocením platforem v jednotlivých kritériích. V rámci praktické části byl navržen testovací chatbot, kterému je věnována čtvrtá kapitola. V této části je rovněž prezentováno využití chatbotů na trhu v oblasti HR. Pro celkový přehled a transparentnost byl vytvořen testovací chatbot na všech zmíněných platformách. Po sečtení bodů z tabulek teoretického a praktického porovnání je následně ze tří vybraných klíčových hráčů na trhu určena nejvhodnější platforma ke konstrukci chatbotů.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is a comparison among three platforms that offer the ability to create chatbots for your own use. The meaning of the word chatbot is described in more detail later on but in general, it is a computer program that usually communicates with people on the internet. This thesis describes three important platforms on the current market namely are IBM Watson Assistant, DialogFlow from Google and Amazon Lex. The thesis is divided into three parts according to the stated objectives. The first objective is to get familiarize with chatbots and Artificial Intelligence. This part contains a literature review and comparison of each platform from a theoretical and practical point of view based on information obtained from the literature review. The second objective is to get insight into the IBM Watson Assistant, Google DialogFlow and Amazon Lex platforms. The third and fifth chapters are devoted to this. In the third and also objective there is the comparison among those three platforms from a theoretical and practical point of view with the table with the number of points as an output. The comparison and evaluation are based on established criteria highlighting the main differences between the platforms. In the practical part of this thesis, the chatbot was designed. For general overview and transparency, it was made by using all of the already mentioned platforms. All of that is described in the fourth chapter together with an overview of the usage of chatbots in HR. The best solution for building a chatbot is evaluated according to the results from the tables of theoretical and practical comparison.
