Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá službou Hovor pro neslyšící, s cílem analyzovat frekvenci a míru využívaní této služby mezi osobami se sluchovým postižením v České republice. Představuje, jak tato služba funguje, jaké je její využití a co vše klientům poskytuje. Jedna podkapitola je věnována obdobným službám v zahraničí, konkrétně v Německu a Austrálii.
