Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vývojem autorského práva a s ním spojené kolektivní správy. Rychlý nástup moderních technologií umožnil nekontrolovatelné šíření autorských děl. Reflektuje vývoj českého autorského práva tento trend? Jak vnímá česká veřejnost porušování autorského práva a kolektivní správu?
Abstract:
This work concentrates on historical evolution of copyright law and it`s collective management. Rapid progress in technological inventions empower incontrollable spread of author craft. Does czech law system reflects this trend? How do czech people percieve copyright lawbreaking and collective management?
