Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovních vztahů a komunikace v podniku. V teoretické části jsou popsány mezilidské vztahy a jejich vliv na vztahy pracovní. Dále se práce zabývá vlivem pracovních vztahů na život zaměstnanců, formálními a neformálními vztahy a také tím, jaký má komunikace vliv na pracovní vztahy. V teoretické části práce je dále popsán význam komunikace v podniku, problematika komunikace, její funkce, oblasti, zásady a cíle. Popisuje komunikační bariéry a zabývá se hodnocením efektivity komunikace. Získané poznatky z teoretické části jsou promítnuty do praktické části práce, která zhodnocuje nastavené procesy komunikace a jejich vliv na pracovní vztahy v organizaci XY.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the problematic issue of work relationships and communication in business companies The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis describes interpersonal relationships and their influence on work relationships. It also deals with the work relationships and their influence on workers’ personal lives, formal and informal relationships and the influence of communication on work relationships. The theoretical part also describes the meaning of communication in business companies, issues of communication, its functions, areas, rules and aims. It describes communication barriers and addresses the effective communication evaluation as well. Acquired findings from the theoretical part of the thesis are reflected in the practical part which assesses given communication processes and their influence on work relationships in business company XY.
